10:02 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 conducted patrol of community with attention primarily on community, racquet hall, and parks. thorough observation for unatithoriEd presence and activity.
**responded to patrons at the Bay beach of a boat with (3) patrons onboard boat making aggressive racist remarks to fishermen at Bay beach. additionally he did ram dock putting fishermens life in danger. called non
emergency and fully documented boat and recorded on body camera. awaiting PD for further instruction.
11:13 PM Dievie Terry – 2000 conducted routine Patrol of Balboa Community including Bay beach, surrounding public areas, and nearby residential streets. monitor pedestrian activity and checked for suspicious activity no major issues observed or noted
2100 maintain visibility throughout the community and conducted additional patrols around the beach. and surrounding public areas. monitored departing visitors and continue checking for violations or suspicious activity. area remained generally common orderly with no major incidents observed.
2200 started enforcing the 2200 closure of beaches and Parks all parties complied .

Observed more activity on West Jetty Park and jetty. observed sheriff’s department kicking fisherman off the Jetty. continued escorting patrons off West jetty park.
