June 15, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)

3:19 AM Jeff Howard – 0000 spotted homeless patron on manual scooter sleeping in alley and advised him to leave the premises and immediately complied. continue to Patrol throughout community observed no threats or immediate problems that required security. investigated racquet hall and all areas of interest all d all conditions normal. Continued reminding patrons of closure of beaches and parks.

0100

conducted routine Patrol throughout the community, including all parks, beach access points, and common areas maintain divisible security presidents and checked for suspicious activity safety hazards or unauthorized individuals. all areas were found secure and no incidents were observed there were little to no foot traffic during these hours and beach remained clear of pedestrians.

0200 continue Patrol operations in a unpredictable pattern throughout the peninsula and surrounding community. monitor Beach entrances, parking areas, racquet hall, and searched through all parks. Staying mindful of homeless patron with manual scooter observed in the area.

0300 performed final patrol of the community ensuring Parks beaches peers and common areas remain clear and secure. verified no unusual activity, disturbances, or safety concerns were present. completed end of shift documentation and secured equipment and vehicle

0330 ended shift. conducted final check of assigned patrol areas before departing. Properly secured vehicle and items. No outstanding issues to report and all community conditions were safe secure and normal

11:10 PM Jeff Howard – 1900 assumed watch and conducted initial patrol of the entire community. observe moderate pedestrian and vehicle traffic throughout the area. check Parks beach access points piers and common areas. may contact with several residents and visitors while maintaining a visible security presence. all conditions appeared safe and normal with no violations or disturbances observed.

Bay beach received multiple fishers and families.

2000 continued routine Patrol throughout the community, including residential streets, parking areas, and recreational facilities. monitored for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized access. traffic flow remain normal, and residents were enjoying Community amenities without issue. all conditions remain safe and secure. received multiple questions on public restrooms, and informed visitors there aren’t any public restrooms available for the public.

2100 conduct a patrol in an alternate route pattern to reduce predictability. check parks, Beach entrances, and areas of interest for compliance with community regulations. maintain divisible presence and perform Security checks of common areas. no suspicious activity, safety concerns, or the services were observed.

2200 began advising patrons of upcoming parking Beach closures. most individuals complied without issue and departed the area as requested. continued monitoring beach access points, parking areas, and Community facilities while maintaining a high visibility patrol. all conditions remain normal. Stayed on post for an hour due to known multitude of individuals that come to fish

2300 continued enforcement of Park and Beach closure regulations. clear remaining patrons from close areas and conduct the follow-up patrols to ensure compliance maintain security presence throughout the community and monitored major access points. no new incidents, the services, or safety concerns were observed all conditions remain safe and secure. continued enforcement until lunch at 2310

3:02 AM Jeff Howard – 0000 conducted routine patrol of the community including Parks beach access points and common areas maintain divisible security presence throughout the patrol area and observe no suspicious activity disturbances or safety concerns all facilities and surrounding areas appeared secure and conditions remain safe and normal continue monitoring of high traffic locations and completed the Patrol without incident

0100 responded to Bay Beach and advised several individuals that the area was closed and they needed to leave the premises all parties complied without issue and departed the area in the cooperative manner after ensuring the beach was clear I resumed routine patrol of the community maintaining a visible security presence throughout the night no further incidents or unusual activities were observed and all conditions remain safe and normal

0200 conducted routine patrol of the community including Parks beach access points and common areas maintain divisible security presence throughout the patrol area and observe no suspicious activity disturbances or safety concerns all facilities and surrounding areas appeared secure and conditions remain safe and normal continue monitoring of high traffic locations and completed the Patrol without incident

0330 end of shift conducted final Patrol of a signed areas prior to securing the watch all observed conditions remain safe and normal with no new incidence disturbances or safety concerns to report completed required documentation and conclusion
