PATROL REPORT – June 14, 2026

June 14, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)

11:11 PM Jeff Howard 1900 assumed watch and conducted an initial patrol of the community inspected Parks beach access points common areas perimeter locations and the Racquet Club office that record Club office was found secure with no signs of unauthorized activity or maintenance issues maintained a visible security presence throughout the community and observed normal evening pedestrian activity no suspicious persons safety hazards disturbances or violations were observed during the patrol made contact with residents while on patrol and no concerns were reported all Community facilities parks in common areas were found to secure and in good order continued routine Patrol operations while varying Patrol patterns to reduce predictability and enhance overall security coverage

2000 continued routine Patrol throughout the community conducting checks of parks beach access points residential streets common areas in the Racquet Club office maintained a visible security presence while monitoring pedestrian and vehicle traffic observe several residents and visitors utilizing Community amenities all activity appeared lawful and consistent with normal evening operations check perimeter areas and Community facilities with no signs of suspicious activity property damage safety concerns and unauthorized persons all conditions remain safe secure and normal continue Patrol operations while varying Patrol routes to enhance security Effectiveness and reduce predictability

2100 conducted another comprehensive patrol of the community including residential streets Parks beach access points perimeter locations and the Racquet Club office maintain the highly visible security presence and monitor Community activity as foot traffic began to gradually decrease throughout the evening checked off common areas and facilities for security concerns suspicious activity and unauthorized persons and maintenance issues with none observed made routine observations of parked vehicles and community property all conditions appeared secure and undisturbed continue varying Patrol patterns to deter criminal activity and maintain an unpredictable security presence reminders of park and beach vlosured

11:15 PM Jeff Howard – 2200 conducted Patrol of community while monitoring compliance with the 2200 our closure of parks and beach access points made contact with several individuals still utilizing the parts and Beach areas and provided courteous reminders that the facilities are now closed for the evening all parties contacted were cooperative and complied with the closure notice continue Patrol of beach access points common areas residential streets and the Racquet Club office while maintaining a visible security presence no suspicious activity the services safety concerns or unauthorized access issues were observed

2300 continued enforcement of parking Beach closure regulations while conducting routine patrols throughout the community recheck beach access points Parks residential streets common areas in a racquet club office to ensure compliance and security observed the noticeable decrease in pedestrian activity compared to earlier hours with only minimal foot traffic remaining in the area maintain the visible security Presence at key locations to deter unauthorized access and encourage compliance with closure regulations
