7:10 PM Dievie Terry – Parking violation perpendicular to West Jetty Park
2:33 AM Dievie Terry – 2300 continued enforcement of Park pier and Beach closure regulations while maintaining a visible security presence throughout the community conducted multiple patrols of beach access points common areas parks and residential streets to ensure compliance with Community rules and deter unauthorized activity observe the noticeable decrease in pedestrian traffic following earlier enforcement efforts and police assistance maintain vigilance for repeat offenders and monitored areas for after-hour Gatherings no additional violations suspicious persons disturbances or safety concerns were observed traffic continued routine vehicle patrol while remaining available for Homeowner assistance and incident response

0100 All conditions normal . less traffic on beach but still roving unauthorized personnel on beaches and piers. Routine community patrol was completed with no disturbances or occurrences.
0230 Made contact to with metal detector individual again and immediately called Newport beach PD. Would not comply to several warnings I gave about beach closure. following event investigated the tennis\raquet club and all other areas of concern. Properly secured vehicle in desired area to bring security appearance for neighborhood. All conditions normal
