3:09 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 Returned from scheduled lunch break and resumed patrol. Traffic drastically died down, and little to no traffic at West Jetty. All conditions normal
0100 All conditions remained normal. minimal to no foot traffic at West jetty park. Observed patrons observing the Swells on beach but remain at the beach.
0200 All conditions remained normal. No foot traffic seen. Checked all beach entries, additionally checked all points of interest.
0300 all conditions normal
10:45 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Assumed watch and immediate neck to neck traffic. More traffic at West Jetty Park. Multiple traffic infractions. Event at beach is the reason of neck to neck traffic standing post at West Jetty to show security appearance. Less patrons then previous day. Multiple patrons trying to park in the “red”. Patrol made extremely difficult due to impacted traffic so stood post at West Jetty Park.
2000 Deterred parking violators from parking at West jetty park. Stood as security presence while monitoring activity and all conditions are normal. Traffic still congested making it difficult to patrol.
2100 Started patrol throughout community with less traffic. Monitoring an access amount of patrons leaving beach. to ensure community safety.
2101 Miramar – Observed gathering at this location. Made contact with homeowner and advised that the gathering were being noted for community awareness purposes only. Also informed her no violations have been committed violations were committed. All conditions remained normal.
2200 Traffic decreased dramatically and regular patrol throughout community already resumed. No further interruptions or abnormal conditions to report. 2200 Scheduled break were taken.
2300 conducted patrol throughout community following break. Traffic is reported as normal, all beach access points were checked no suspicious or abnormal conditions reported.all. conditions remained normal.

3:21 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 Conducted regular patrol in community to all conditions being normal. All areas of concern were checked with no unusual activity being reported. Checked the parks, beach access points, common areas , West jetty park remains clear of large groups and patrons fishing.
0100 All conditions normal. Conducted patrol backwards to avoid predictability. checked all beach entries,parks, and points of interest. West Jetty Park remained empty with little to no foot traffic observed. Stayed on post for additional time to discourage parking violations and deter unauthorized activity.
0200 All conditions normal. conducted beach entries, parks, and areas of interest. All conditions remains normal with no suspicious activity observed. Maintained security presence
0300 Observed same Honda vehicle at West Jetty Park from previous night. Vehicle does not seem like it moved at all. All conditions normal. Little to no foot traffic at beach.
0330 Conducted final patrol regularly. Checked all areas of concern.maintained visible presence throughout patrol. All conditions normal no suspicious activity to report. Secured post and ended watch at 0330
