2:48 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 conductive routine vehicle patrol throughout the Balboa Peninsula and surrounding beach access points. observe very low foot traffic with only few after-hour violators present. maintain the visible security presence and found no significant issues
0100 performed additional patrols of the shoreline and found very low foot traffic but did find one person with a metal detector. informed Patron that the beach was closed but you can fish on the jetty and was met with full compliance.
0200 continue to routine Patrol and inspection of the racquet hall, all beach access points, and parks. show presence throughout the neighborhood and made sure there were no unauthorized activity on unauthorized areas.
0330 conducted a final patrol of the assigned area, checking beach access points and surrounding community. paid attention to the Shoreline since there were a few violators in the previous hours. observed very few foot traffic and no additional issues. shift concluded with the area secure and orderly.

11:04 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 conducted routine vehicle patrol throughout the community, including beach access points, surrounding streets, parks, and alleyways. maintain the visible security presence and monitor for suspicious activity unauthorized access in any other violations. photos were taken and attached to document for patrol presence
2000 continued routine Patrol throughout the community and monitor Beach areas in preparation for the 2200 Beach closure. play close attention to pedestrian activity and individuals entering or remaining on the beach after posted closure hours. maintain divisible presence and continue documenting Patrol activity with attached photos.
2100 begin issuing reminders to patrons regarding the upcoming
2200 Beach closure. continued monitoring the beach, access points, and surrounding areas to ensure patrons were aware of the closure time and prepared to leave the beach before enforcement began. following the closure patrolled following neighborhoods to ensure there were no unusual activity or unauthorized activity throughout community.
2200 beginner forcing the 2200 Beach closure and escorted Patriots off the beach. checked and monitored areas including the Lifeguard stations, which are common areas where patrons made congregate after regular Beach hours. continue checking beach access points and surrounding areas in a short compliance with the closure while maintaining a visible security presence.
