1900 assumed watch and immediately patrolled community. giving to the racquet hall. Building is infested with roaches. observed activity at each park (photos attached) normal operations. observed activity at Bay beach and there were normal operations. attention to access points and parks and beaches and all conditions were normal.
2000 immediate attention in alleyways. spent time identifying activity in between each alleyway and all operations remained normal. observed activity in parks as well and activity remained normal. observed activity on jetty of fishermen fishing on parks. escorted fishermen out of area into proper fishing area. observed multiple people fishing on jetty due to jetty closing from tides continued regular routine patrol throughout community.
2100 continue Patrol throughout the community and observe normal activity in the parks. several fishermen were observed fishing and restricted Park areas and were escorted to the designated fish area. multiple individuals were observed fishing on the jetty due to tide related closure. area remain calm and orderly with no additional issues observed
