1:06 AM Carlos Mejia – 0010–0108 — Returned from scheduled lunch break at approximately 0010 and resumed active security patrols throughout the property. Conducted thorough checks of the tennis courts, parks, beach areas, alleyways, surrounding walkways, and common areas for suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, disturbances, or potential safety concerns. Monitored traffic flow throughout the property, which remained slow and light during this period. During the patrol, a police officer arrived onsite and proceeded directly toward the Bay Beach area.
Continued monitoring the surrounding area and maintained a visible security presence while remaining alert to any unusual activity. Checked access points and surrounding areas to ensure there were no apparent security concerns. No suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety issues were encountered during the patrol. Pictures were not included with this entry due to the reporting app freezing and preventing the pictures from being properly uploaded.
1:44 AM Carlos Mejia – 0113–0150 — Conducted continued security patrols throughout the beach areas, lifeguard stands, parks, tennis courts, alleyways, and surrounding common areas. Checked each area for suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, disturbances, or potential safety concerns while maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property. Monitored traffic flow, which remained slow and light during this
period, while remaining alert to vehicle and pedestrian activity. Conducted visual checks around the lifeguard stands and beach access points to ensure the areas remained secure. Continued circulating through the parks, tennis courts, and alleyways to provide security visibility and deter potential unauthorized activity. No suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns were encountered during this patrol.
2:23 AM Carlos Mejia – 0115–0230 — Continued conducting active security patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas, including the alleyways, beach areas, parks, and main street. Conducted thorough visual checks of each area for suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, disturbances, safety concerns, or any unusual conditions. Maintained a visible and professional security presence while continuously circulating through the designated areas. Monitored pedestrian and vehicle activity along main street and surrounding access points, while remaining alert to changes in traffic flow. Checked the beach and park areas to ensure they remained clear and secure following the scheduled closure. Continued checking alleyways and less-trafficked areas to provide additional security coverage and deter potential unauthorized activity. Maintained good situational awareness throughout the patrol and remained prepared to respond to any security-related concerns if needed. No suspicious activity,
disturbances, property damage, or safety concerns were encountered during this patrol.
3:18 AM Carlos Mejia – 0235–0310 — Continued conducting security patrols throughout the property, including the tennis courts, beach areas, alleyways, parks, surrounding walkways, and common areas. Conducted visual checks of each location for suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, disturbances, safety concerns, or unusual conditions. Monitored the beach and park areas following the scheduled closure while checking surrounding access points and pathways. Continued checking the tennis courts and alleyways to ensure the areas remained secure and free of any apparent issues. Maintained a visible security presence while circulating throughout the property and remained alert to pedestrian and vehicle activity. Continued monitoring the surrounding areas and maintaining situational awareness throughout the patrol. No suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns were encountered during this period.
3:23 AM Carlos Mejia – 0315–0330 — Conducted the final security patrol prior to the end of shift. Completed a last check of the beach areas, parks, tennis courts, alleyways, surrounding walkways, access points, and common areas to ensure the property remained secure and orderly. Monitored for any suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, disturbances, property concerns, or potential safety issues. Continued maintaining a visible security presence while checking the surrounding areas and
remaining alert to any unusual activity. Verified that conditions throughout the checked areas remained normal and no immediate security concerns were observed. Maintained situational awareness through the completion of the final patrol and prepared to conclude security duties. No suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns were encountered. Shift concluded at 0330.
4:37 PM Dievie Terry – TEST TEST-Mike Q onsite checking unit and post cell phone regarding reports.
8:43 PM Dievie Terry – 8212026
1900 assumed watch and met with Mike Q to go over body camera placement, inspection on unit car, and logging in on reports. Went over proper report logging and signing on and off. following inspection, went to fill unit up and started regular patrol of community with focus on pedestrian traffic and vehicle traffic which was moderate. all conditions remained normal while maintaining security presence in community.
2000 Conducted another patrol in community with focus on activity in the alleyways of assigned area. inspected racquet hall that is clear infested with roaches and observed no lights outside of community area at racquet hall.
***2020 Stationed at each park to observe activity in surrounding neighborhood. Resumed patrol and maintained security presence. Observed gathering in the HOA private gathering near Bay Beach.
8:56 PM Dievie Terry – 2100 started issuing reminders at Bay beach that the closure of all beaches. observed gathering still at private area for HOA. Noticed more vehicle traffic due to fishermen coming on beaches. All conditions are normal and no reportable offenses done in community. observed more activity at Bay beach where parking violations were more observable. made contact with car owners and asked to move vehicle to proper parking areas and was met with compliance.
11:50 PM Dievie Terry – 2200 started shifting focus on shoreline duties and started escorted patrons on beach with a grill. made contact and complied quickly. removed couple on lifeguard station . continued patrol throughout community with no activity at parks and alleyways.
***2241 met with couple and removed them from beach . leaving the beach was met with disrespect by both patrons but succeeded in kicking both patrons off beach. all other conditions were normal.
