12:53 AM Dievie Terry – 2200 Started enforcing the closure of all beaches and parks. Made contact with Mr Pedicini with the start of removing of beachgoers. Met with full compliance from beach goers with no issues to note. went to each lifeguard station and shown presence on beach. Patrolled beach all the way to West jetty park. Did not post at West Jetty , following removal of patrons continued routine patrol throughout community. All conditions remained normal
2310 Responded to homeowners call of unauthorized vehicle. made contact with vehicle and asked to move , was met with full compliance
0000 Continued removal of beach goers after hours. Met with compliance from all parties with no issues to report. All conditions remained normal. No emergencies or unauthorized activity to report.
0100 conducted routine patrol of beach pay attention to all beach goers after hours and evacuated the lifeguard station as need be. All conditions remained normal. Compliance with all after hour beach goers. Continued patrol throughout community with no unauthorized activity to report
3:13 AM Dievie Terry – 0200 We made contact with each lifeguard station and escorted two individuals out of the beach due to it being closed and them being here after hours. We continued to monitored the residence and going through every alleyway and making sure no suspicious activity is being made. Paid special attention to each beach access points and only posted at every access point. Afterwards monitored and patrolled each alleyway and showing different routes to trainee. Made contact with a dog owner that set a dog trap by West jetty park regarding lost small white dog. Following she gave contact information if dog was found All conditions remain normal.
0330Made final check throughout the community and making sure no suspicious activity were being made. Last patrol on the beach due to beach closure. There were no late night beach goers all conditions remained normal. No pedestrian traffic or foot traffic noticeable in neighborhood.
7:37 PM Dievie Terry – 1900: Assumed watch and establish a visible security presence at the community. Conduct patrol throughout the neighborhood all conditions were normal with normal traffic flow observed Conducted patrol throughout the community and the tennis courts were all clear and no suspicious activity was encountered. As I continue patrolling near the beach on tower G I noticed a few individuals on the lifeguard stand and were successful removed with no alterations. Made interactions with multiple resident during my patrol. Conducting normal beach and neighborhood routine.
8:45 PM Carlos Mejia – 2015: Kia óptima black residents live in space 1550 unit 3 vehicle got hit on Sunday they don’t know at what time. They requested to know if security guard captured anything on Sunday night shift and this is the residents information 909-660-1465 Jessica
8:45 PM Carlos Mejia – 2000 : Conducted routine vehicle patrol throughout the community. All conditions were safe and normal. Observed small gatherings outside several residences; however, no loud disturbances, violations, or other issues were noted. Continued normal patrol operations throughout the community while maintaining a visible security presence. All Parks are all clear with no suspicious activity encountered. Bay beach is calm with no suspicious
behavior few residents are still fishing.
9:29 PM Carlos Mejia – Received a phone call after checking watch tower G due to a resident worried about her neighbor for leaving their garage open for a long time and no response from the resident regarding their garage.
9:29 PM Carlos Mejia – Patrolled all around the house resident isn’t home and the house appeared to be abandoned multiple windows opened all around .
10:45 PM Carlos Mejia – 2100: proactive patrol operations throughout the community with special attention given to parks, common areas, beach access points, and other locations known for increased pedestrian activity. Conducted visible security checks of all areas of interest to unauthorized activity and reinforce security presence.
Observed normal levels of vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the patrol area. All parks and common areas were found to be in good order with no signs of vandalism, suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety hazards. Informed residents and visitors regarding the closing hours of the beach , parks and fishing areas.
2200: Began enforcement of the community’s park, pier, and beach closure regulations. Made contact with multiple people and advised them that the parks, beaches, and piers were closed for the day . Most individuals complied and departed the area without incident.
11:51 PM Carlos Mejia – 2200-2300 : enforcement of the community’s park, pier, and beach closure regulations. Made contact with multiple people and advised them that the parks, beaches, and piers were closed for the evening.
Most individuals complied and departed the area without incident. Escorted multiple people who were fishing after hours in west jetty park along with multiple others who were sneaking into the beach area. Went on to bay beach to remove an individual who was caught fishing after hours and complied with no issues. Went back to West jetty park to remove more people from sneaking into after hours and also to a few that were told multiple times before hand.
11:51 PM Carlos Mejia – 2400: Conducted routine vehicle patrol throughout the community. All conditions were safe and normal. Observed small gatherings outside several residences; however, no loud disturbances, violations, or other issues were noted. Continued routine patrol operations while maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property. Successfully cleared all individuals from the beach after posted hours. Conducted inspections of all parks and found them clear and secure. The tennis courts were also inspected and
found to be clear. No suspicious persons, suspicious activity, or security concerns were observed during the patrol.
During the inspection of the building adjacent to the tennis courts, observed a significant roach infestation in and around the restroom, the front street entrance, and the area surrounding the tennis courts. This condition was documented for maintenance follow-up. No further incidents occurred during this patrol period.
