11:21 PM Dievie Terry – 1800 assumed watch and established visible security Presence at the community event met with several homeowners and introduced the new security company while addressing questions and concerns conducted patrols throughout the neighborhood all conditions were normal with typical traffic flow observed noted small Gatherings at West Jetty Park with no violations or issues requiring enforcement continued routine patrol of the community
1900 conducted a thorough patrol of the community may contact with a homeowner at 429 Bellevue Lane who advised that he will be out of town on vacation from Saturday to the following Saturday continue to patrol of the remainder of the community all conditions remain normal with no unusual currencies or incidence observed
2000 conducted routine vehicle patrol throughout the community all conditions were safe and normal observe small Gatherings outside several residences however no loud the services violations or other issues were noted normal Patrol operations throughout the community while maintaining a visible security presence
2100 took first scheduled break while maintaining awareness of activity within the immediate area after returning from brake resume proactive Patrol operations throughout the community with special attention give it to Parts common areas beach access points and other locations known for increased pedestrian activity conducted visible Security checks of all areas of interest to deter unauthorized activity and reinforce security presence observe normal levels of vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the patrol area all parks and common areas were found to be in good order with no signs of vandalism suspicious activity disturbances or safety hazards continue routine patrol of the community while remaining available for Homeowner assistance and incident response all conditions remain safe and normal
2200 begin enforcement of the communities Park pier and Beach closure regulations may contact with multiple patrons and advise them that the parks beaches and piers were closed for the evening most individuals complied and departed the area without incident
observed a known individual who is frequently contacted regarding after hours beach access is commonly observed in the area during nightly closure enforcement the individual will utilizing metal detecting equipment the individual was advised of the beach closure however compliance was not immediately achieved due to the continued non-compliance Newport Beach Police Department was notified Newport Beach PD responded to the location may contact with the individual and successfully removed him from the beach area
following the incident resumed routine patrols throughout the community including checks of parks common areas beach access points in other areas of Interest maintained a visible security person to deter further violations in a sure compliance with Community regulations no additional violation suspicious activity or disturbances were observed all other conditions remain safe and normal for the remainder of the patrol.
