7:05 PM Dievie Terry – Parked illegally in Red. License plate included in picture.
11:05 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Assumed watch and observed multiple parking violations, stood post at West Jetty Park to prevent further violations. Parking and traffic flow were not as congested as previous 2 days. Other than mentioned, conditions remain normal. Patrol will be done after standing watch to deter further violations.
2000 Stayed at West Jetty to show security presence. Deterred illegal parking, informed beach go-ers reasoning of myself camping here. all conditions normal.
2100 Left post to fill unit up, came back to all conditions normal. Gave reminders that all beaches and parks are cloed within a span of an hour. Patrolled throughout community and observed all interest points.
2200 Enforced the 10 PM closure of all beaches and parks. Made contact with several individuals who initially did not comply with closure reminders while co ducting enforcement, local law enforcement officers on ATVs arrived and reinforced the same closure instructions. Maintained security presence in area until beach go-ers voluntarily departed. All other conditions throughout community remained normal.
2300 Maintained security presence at West Jetty Park and met with several beach go-ers. still enforcing the 10 PM closure of beaches and parks. One homeowner verbally disputed the closure citing the length of time they had lived in community. All other conditions were normal.
