PATROL REPORT – September 7, 2023

September 7, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)

7-8pm Arrival.  a,b,c,d,e,f,g  Continued on E Balboa Blvd checking in at club house and patrolling Fisherman’s Pier.Moving forward towards the Jetti , code 4

8-9pm After leaving the Jetti I turned around and went back the same way I came in. I will be patrolling all these streets and alleys repeatedly throughout my shift. Turning around at Main st. & E Balboa Blvd. starting at Miramar ave  heading back toward Channel rd & the jetti . I took a walk around the Jetti and fisherman’s pier. Just to warn people  closing hours. Due to the volume of patriots.code 4

9-10pm   Circled the small park and going down Servile circling the area  untill ten.  On my way to Fisherman’ S pier to ask everyone to leave the Pier, cause it’s now closed, code 4

10-11pm After closing Fisherman’s pier. I made my way back towards club house on channel rd which turns in E balboa Blvd making my way to  L & I , M street, code 4

11-12pm closed jetti. This took a while due to a lot of people. Everything code 4

12-1am     Lunch

1-2am.  E Balboa Blvd turns into Channel rd of course, I’m just doing a sweap to make sure the patriots left Fisherman’s pier and the Jetti or at least relocated people to the rocks nea  the jetti . code 4

2-3.   Starting at Ocean front and Ocean Blvd , Miramar ave , Granada st. And the couple alleys in between.  The I went and sat at the bench palm street near restrooms to work on this report if anyone could call me  ( maybe Bill) I would like to get a greater understanding of what the community would like to know about the are I’m patrolling . I believe we all know the streets and I partroll them regularly all night so I think we can maybe come up with better detail . I’ve been told everyone has my number  feel free to use it. Thank you

When I am out there I’m there to help anyone who needs assistance , and making sure everything is ok and safe . Patrolling I’m observing the area  , making sure no theft or vandalism happens.code 4
