September 15, 2023– (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7-8pm arrived observing a,b,c,d,e,f,g,streets at the balboa peninsula I took g street to E ocean front, then looking around the jetti, everything looked normal . So I took ocean Blvd back to g street.
8-9pm patrolling Miramar and granda ,serville and all alleys , code4
9-10pm patrolling E balboa Blvd checking on club house and fishermen’s pier . Making my way down channel rd.and jetti , club house and park . Code 4. Arriving at the jetti. Code 4
10-11 pm stopped at fisherman’s pier.closed the pier and asked the patriots to move on . People were respectful and complied. Code4
11-12am closed the jetti beach , moved people the best I could, due to lots of people hanging out fishing . Relocated them far down on the rocks . Code 4
12-1am lunch and reports
1-2 am patrol and club house and park, code 4
2-3 am patrolled m street, L street, , I street the jetti and fishermen pier Code 4
***. Special note. I patrol all the streets and alleys as well making sure the jetti and fishermen’s pier are closeed ,everything seemed quiet . Code 4
