September 14, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7::00-8:00.
Pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd to Channel and jetty park . All calm at this time. Then up to the fishing pier and across to G street and Ocean front alley and back to Channel and across Ocean alley north. All is well
8:00-9:00.
Then I patrolled up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and the clubhouse. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park then across to I street and all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood . All is quiet for now. Garage detail in progress.
9:00-10:00
I Patrolled back to G street and Ocean front alley across to jetty park. Not as busy tonight. I still have people coming in from all over to see the lamesance . I don’t think its happening. I can’t see it anyway. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All alleys and streets garages are closed for now. I then patrolled across to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative so far.
10:00-11:00.
I patrolled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd and over to jetty park and up to the fishing pier. A few people on the sand. They left upon request. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All garages are closed still. Then over to secure jetty park. A few people all cooperative for now. Let’s see how it goes?
11:00-12:00
I patrolled back to Ocean Blvd across to G street and back to jetty park. A few more people looking for the blue water. Everyone is behaving nicely and leaving peacefully. I continued to patrol Ocean front alley and all beach access streets. So far so good. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior of the neighborhood. All garages are closed. All is well.
12:00-1:00.
I then patrolled across to G street a few people all cooperative. Then across Ocean Blvd back to Channel and jetty park. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to A street B,C,D,E,F,G and back in to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All is well.
1:00-1:30.
I then patrolled back to Ocean front alley and over to G street and around to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then down to Ocean Blvd and across to Channel and jetty park. All quiet.
1:30-2:15.. break…2:15..back…..
2:15-3:00.
I patrolled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park. 1 person leaving the park. Then up to the fishing pier and across to G street and back across Ocean Blvd to Channel and back across Ocean alley north to G street. Then across Miramar drive to Channel. Then a little perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well.
