7:00-8:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and across Balboa Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to M Street and down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now……
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park*** Busy out. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse then back across Balboa Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park. I then patrolled across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
9:00-10:00……
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then I patrolled across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across Ocean Alley North to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. *** I then patrolled up to the fishing pier for closure. A couple people fishing. All cooperative about leaving…..

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access and points. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across Ocean Alley North to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled down to jetty Park for closure. *** Several people in the park and on the beach. All cooperative about leaving. ..
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd. Then up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and back down M Street to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. *** A few more people on the benches. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the clubhouse. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled up to the fishing pier*** I had a group on the pier. Slightly reluctant to leave.. They left after a little reminder of the rules. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and Jetty Park. Then back across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and back across to channel Rd. All is well for now. …

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. *** I had a man parked against the barricade at jetty Park. He seemed impaired .I asked him to leave repeatedly. He wasn’t complying. *** I informed newport beach police. They had me follow him out through the village where they pulled him over. I then pulled back to A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and back down to jetty Park. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Balboa Blvd to the clubhouse. All is well for now. ….

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean front alley to G street. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across Ocean Alley North to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled..
