1:51 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 stayed on beach multiple violators after hours. regular routine patrol continued. All conditions remained normal.
0100 All conditions normal. Minimal traffic during nights. all areas of interest were inspected and walkthrough. Reminder fishermen of the closure of beaches and escorting them out
0200 All conditions normal. No disturbances or violations to report. routine patrol throughout community commenced
7:15 PM Dievie Terry – SHARK ATTACK AT BEACH. EMERGENCY PERSONNEL WERE NOTIFIED.

7:24 PM Dievie Terry – door left ajar on oceanfront
7:38 PM Dievie Terry – black\grey Ford 5TX TRUCK – PARKED IN RED AND IN FIRE HYDRANT. ANNOTATION TAKEN FOR COMMUNITY AWARENESS. NO TICKETS WERE ISSUED AT THIS TIME.
11:20 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 began patrol of the community and conducted a check of West Jetty Park observed the high volume of patrons throughout the park and surrounding Beach areas. streets in the area were heavily congested with pedestrians and vehicles traffic due to large number of visitors. maintained a visible security presence , monitored activity, and continued routine Patrol to help ensure Public Safety and deter any potential issues. emergency Personnel were contacted due to a shark attack on newport beach. All other conditions were normal.
2000 conducted a routine Patrol inspected the Peninsula point racquet club, paul, all Beach entry and exit points, West Jetty park, jetty view park, and surrounding parks. maintain the visible security presence while checking for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized persons. all areas appeared secure.
2100 performed another inspection of the Peninsula point Racquet Club Hall all Beach entry and exit Points West Jetty Park and surrounding parks. continued monitoring the community for suspicious activity and safety concerns. no issues or incidents observed. Started to issue reminders of closure of parks jetty and beach at 2200 hours
2200 started enforcing the closure of all parks and beaches and the jetty. conducted curfew enforcement while inspecting all areas of Interest insured the parks were cleared in accordance with closing hours and maintaining divisible Patrol throughout the community. no significant incidents to report. gave special attention on Newport Beach and patrolled the whole Beach clearing the Lifeguard stations
