February 5, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd to the fishing boat and down to jetty park. Raining out all quiet. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel. All is well.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled across to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park . Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Garage patrol in progress.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the clubhouse. I then the over to Ocean alley north to G street. Then across Ocean Blvd. And then up the fishing pier for closure. All quiet still raining.
10-00-11:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley. To Channel and up to the fishing pier and across to G street and Miramar drive. Then Miramar alley to L street and L park. All garages are closed for now. Then over to jetty park for closure. All clear. Rain..
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled over to Ocean front alley to G street and up to E Bay alley and back Miramar alley to L street and L park. I patrolled across to the alleys on the east side a man was cleaning out a garage at 441 Seville alley .I spoke to him briefly. He said he was working for the homeowners. They live in Vegas. I informed Newport beach police. They checked the mans credentials. All is well for now. He checked out. Then a perimeter patrol of the neighborhood. All is well.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled over to G street and Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior of the neighborhood. All is well

I patrolled to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and across to the clubhouse. All quiet.

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park then up to Seville and Granada Avenues.
