August 3, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00
Pulled in to the property at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd across to Channel and jetty park. All is well. A few small picnics going on. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then over to G street. All quiet.
8:00-9:00
I patrolled across Ocean front alley and back to Channel and Ocean alley north to G street. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse, then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the entire point for garage doors open. A few open I will continue to monitor. We are experiencing a complete black out at this time on the point.
9:00-10:00.
I patrolled back to G street and across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. Most of the neighborhood is still in a blackout. I then patrolled all alleys and all dark areas. All is ok for now. I then went to close the fishing pier. A few people all cooperative.
10:00-11:00..
I patrolled back to A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley . Then across jetty park then up to the fishing pier. The black out continues. Then I patrolled back to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and Seville and Granada Avenues. All the houses on the E Bay side have electricity. And on Ocean front alley. All is well for now.
11:00-12:00 2
I patrolled across to Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. Things are calm . I then patrolled across Ocean alley north to G street and Miramar drive. Then all alleys on the east side and the west side of the neighborhood . All is well. A continues patrol of the neighborhood.
12:00-1:00…
I patrolled across to G street up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park. The lights are back on. We had the firemen come in on Miramar. They didn’t stay. It been no real emergency. All is well for now.

I patrolled over to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. I then patrolled down to Ocean Blvd across to M street and up to Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side .All garages are closed for now .

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd across to Channel and jetty park. A few people slightly reluctant to leave. Other than that all is well. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Allison well.
