August 15, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
12:33 AM Dievie Terry – 2340 *responded to homeowner noticing individual on the beach (gstreet) not reacting to movement. Homeowners dog found patron. Immediately kept surveillance over area and responded to the space observed. at this time patrons was gone but continued sure compilance over area if patron came again
0000 Following incident, continued with patrol of beach access points. afterwards did routine patrol of community observing activity and and observed minimal foot traffic.All conditions remain normal.
12:41 AM Dievie Terry – (picture attached) one homeowner was slumped over in car. made contact patron seems intoxicated as he said he was looking at phone but upon arrival he was slumped over, put flashlight on him until I made contact .
2:34 AM Dievie Terry – (2) sprinter vans parked byI streets for over 3 hrs in driveway preventing thorough traffic. made contact and complied
3:04 AM Dievie Terry – 0100 continue patrols throughout the beach area and access points. monitor for individuals attempting to remain on a beach after closure and maintain divisible security presence.
0200 maintain continuous patrols of the beach, checking access points in areas where individuals could potentially enter or remain after hours. observed the surrounding area for suspicious activity, the services, or safety concerns. no significance incidents occurred
0330 conducted final patrol of the beach and surrounding access points and sharing the closure remained in effect and that no unauthorized patrons remained in restricted areas. all areas were checked insecure at the conclusion of Patrol shift summary: from
0000 to 0330 patrol were primarily focused on beach shoreline, access points, and homeowner calls. With continued enforcement of after hours closure, monitoring the small traffic on beach shoreline.
