3:03 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 continue to beach closure enforcement with patrols covering the shoreline, Lifeguard stations, Beach entrances, and Jetty area. monitored individuals and Vehicles near access points and addressed after hours activities as encountered.
0100 Removed some patrons having a late night picnic and courteously asked them to adhere to the closure of beaches and was met with full compliance . no further activity this hour
0200 stayed on patrol for another full sweep of the clothes beaches. including the shoreline, Lifeguard stations, access points, and West Jetty View park. continued monitoring for after hours activity and maintain the visible security presence. no activity was found or seen.
0330 completed final Patrol of the primary beach points of interest, including the shoreline, Lifeguard stations, Beach entrances, Jetty area, and surrounding access points. continued enforcement of the closure and monitored the area for remaining after hours activity shift concluded following the final patrol of the beach and lifeguard stations (photos attached) no unresolved security concerns were noted at the conclusion of the shift.
Shift summary : from 1900 to 2100 Patrol efforts were concentrated on the community while observing pedestrian in vehicle traffic and checking all major Community points of interest. beginning at 2200, Patrol attention shifted primarily to the beach, shoreline, lifeguard stations, beach access points, and Jetty area for closure enforcement and after hours monitoring through the end of the shift.
10:50 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 conducted routine patrol of the community and surrounding areas. observed pedestrian and vehicle traffic which was moderate throughout the area and check points of interest for any unusual activity. no significant issues observed. posted at each park for security presence and observed activity within parks.
2000 continue patrol of the community while maintaining visibility. observed very small pedestrian and vehicle traffic and monitor common areas. conditions remain normal with no significant incidents watched over houses under construction for trespassers.
2100 continue patrol of the community and begin increasing attention towards beach access points in preparation for
2200 Beach closure. provided friendly reminders to patrons regarding the upcoming closure and encourage voluntary compliance.
2200 Started enforcement of closure and was met with compliance from all parties.*2200 immediately noticed couple in black Tesla that were parked near access points to the beach. Informed them of the closure and they left shortly afterwards
*2205 contacted the patron who remained on the beach after hours. when politely advised that the beach was closed and addressed as Sir the patron stated that they identified as a girl and expressed that they were upset by the wording. the situation was handled professionally and without further escalation. continued efforts were made to obtain voluntary compliance with the beach closure and the patron was ultimately escorted off the beach. a couple located at a lifeguard station was also contacted and
escorted west of the beach. all contacted after hours violators ultimately complied with the closure order. patrons questioned why they were being asked to leave, and the closure requirements were explained to them. 10:50 PM Dievie Terry – photos are attached to show activity and clearance of beaches
3:25 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 maintain active Patrol of beach access point and surrounding Community areas. continue checking for after hours activity and ensuring patrons remained off the closed beach. no significant issues observed.
0100 continue routine Patrol with attention to beach entrances, Shoreline access points, and lifeguard stations. monitor for any additional closure violations. area remained generally quiet with no significant incidents.
0200stayed on post at beach access points. Had to escort couple sleeping at the beaches shoreline. Observed a little increase in foot traffic on beach so stayed on beach upholding closure times
0330 conducted final Patrol of shift continuing to check beach access points and surrounding areas. insured the beach closure remaining effect in address after any after hours activities encountered. no further significance violations observed. Patrol concluded with the area secure and the beach closure maintained
