8:25 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Assumed watch and began regular patrol of community. attention to car traffic as well as moderate foot traffic was observed. Racquet hall, beach access points, parks and beach were observed and all checked out. All conditions remained normal. Noticed patrons on lifeguard station far east of the beach. Escorted off station. Common activity at each park stood presence for 15 mins each park

11:21 PM Dievie Terry – 2000 conducted routine vehicle patrol throughout the Balboa and Peninsula community, monitoring residential neighborhoods, parks, and beach access points. observed moderate pedestrian vehicle traffic with an increase in Beach patrons due to the weekend. made frequent passes through points of interest, remaining alert for suspicious activity, public disturbances, and safety concerns. no incidents requiring enforcement or law enforcement assistance were observed.

Continued Patrol throughout the Balboa Peninsula and surrounding Beach areas. monitor beaches and public spaces for compliance with Park and Beach regulations while maintaining a visible security presence. increased activity was noted around beach access points and public parking areas as patrons continue to arrive. no suspicious persons property damage, or criminal activity or observed. shift continued without incident.

Began in forcing the scheduled Beach closure by advising remaining patrons at the beaches were closed and requesting that they exit the area in accordance with regulations. conducted vehicle patrols along the Balboa peninsula, monitoring beach access points, parking lots, and surrounding streets to ensure compliance with the closure. maintained a visible security presence while directing patrons to leave an orderly manner. no major disturbances or incidents requiring law enforcement assistance were observed during this hour.
