April 28, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse..I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to M Street. I then patrolled down to Ocean Blvd and across to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled across up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is quiet at this time…..
9:00-10;00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and Jetty Park
I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier for closure.*** A few people on the pier. Very cooperative about leaving. All is well for now…..
10:00-11:00…..
I then patrolled up to A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across from to M Street Access point. *** I had a complaint about some noisy teenagers on the M street beach. Unable to locate. I will continue to monitor the area. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park.*** I had a few people in there cars at the barricade area at the end of channel Rd. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to M Street Access point. All clear for now. Then L street access point. All clear. Then I street access point . I then patrolled across to G street access and F street access points. All clear for now. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and Jetty Park again. All is well for now…
12:00-1:00…
I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to M Street Access point.** I had a few people in there cars. They left without incident. I then patrolled across to G street access and F street access points. All clear for now. Then I patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. *** I had a few people trying to fish in the park. I sent them to the outer Jetty. They left shortly after that.*** I then patrolled across up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier were I had another group trying to fish. They left without incident. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and Jetty Park. All is well for now…
1:00-2:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. *** I had a car come in to the point and leave when he saw me. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
2:00-3:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access.*** I had a couple on the G street lifeguard tower. They left without incident. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…
