August 3, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
9:32 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Assumed watch. conducted training for Officer Mejia showing different routes of community conducted routine patrol of all beach access points (photos attached) escorted patron off lifeguard station and showed security presence. afterwards, gave attention to the racquet hall no out of the ordinary circumstances happened. patrolled all parks and all conditions were normal. moderate pedestrian traffic on beaches.
2000 conducted another vehicle routine patrol of all beach access points and monitored beach goers activity. All conditions were normal . (photos attached) afterwards continued regular patrol throughout community while showing security presence. giving attention to racquet hall and all parks. stayed at each park for generally 10 mins each observing homeowners activity, dog walkers, or any unauthorized activity. All conditions remained normal
10:10 PM Dievie Terry – 2100 Conducted same routine patrol. Gave reminders of the closure of all parks and beach. went to each lifeguard station and escorted patrons off conducted regular patrol of community all conditions remained the same
