12:11 AM Dievie Terry – 1900 began shift and received post briefing conducted initial vehicle and foot patrol of the assigned property including all Park areas Community common areas beach access points and other designated points of interest. observed moderate public activity no suspicious persons or incidents noted community was Secure
2000 increased foot traffic due to the High Tides at the beach conducted at routine Patrol of all assigned areas including Park entrances and beach access locations check for safety hazards and unsecured property all areas appeared secure and no violations or maintenance issues observed
2100 significantly higher foot traffic on beach due to high tides started issuing reminders to patrons that the beach close in an hour exactly performed an additional Patrol throughout the community and
2200 continued routine Patrol of community including exterior perimeter, parking areas, racquet hall, and parks continued the closure of beaches and enforce the closure of beaches stayed on post at West Jetty Park because of increased foot traffic and earlier closure of the beach
3:16 AM Dievie Terry – properly secured vehicle 0000 perform schedule patrol of the community and beach access areas checked all designated points of interest for suspicious activity or property damage. no issues observed. property remain secured. white Kia has been parked at West jetty park for some time
0100 conducted a vehicle and foot patrol of the assigned beaches monitor parking areas and common spaces for unauthorized activity no suspicious persons vehicles or safety hazards were observed other than white Kia still parked looks like occupant is living out of vehicle
0200 continued patrol of community and gave thorough search of racquet hall. Gave thorough search for violators on beach and was met with some violators. continued patrol of neighborhood and no suspicious activity reported
0330 completed final patrol of the shift ensuring all assigned areas are secure. no incidence, suspicious activity, or safety concerns occurred during the shift. Finished last report .

11:09 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Started patrol throughout community. responded to a call from homeowners of 2 Dogs stuck in a vehicle with windows rolled up. owners of vehicle did come and leave the area. Non emergency were called and situation was rectified. continued patrol to all parks, racquet hall, and beach access points. All other conditions remained normal.
2000 Responded to violators on the beach with unauthorized fishing. Made contact with patron and informed him of fishing on beach. He immediately complied and left area. Continued patrol throughout community and all other conditions were normal with no unusual incidents or further violations to report
2100 started issuing reminders of the closure of the beach. Most of the duration was spent on the beach deterring unauthorized activity and closely monitoring the beach. afterwards patrolled the rest of community, giving attention to the racquet hall, beach access points, parks, and observing the community. all conditions remained normal, with compliance from all patrons.
2200 started enforcing the closure of the beach. was met with compliance from all parties. Executed very efficiently of the removal of all patrons attending the beach. Not only paying attention to West Jetty Park but giving extra attention to the whole beach. Stayed on beach to show security presence and deter further after hour violators. afterwards, continued with normal patrol. All conditions remained normal.
2300 Patrol throughout community watching for violators and intoxicated personnel. Removed violators from Bay Beach in the lifeguard station. additionally took personnel off all lifeguard stations on the beach as it is a constant place to congregate after hours
