12:11 AM Dievie Terry – garage door left ajar 1641 E Balboa blvd
3:10 AM Dievie Terry – 0100 conducted routine patrols throughout peninsula point community. West jetty, jetty view park, racquet club, and surrounding streets. No signs of irregular activity while maintaining neighborhood amenities. Maintained security patrol to maintain security presence and deter any unauthorized activity.
0200 Maintained presence throughout community. Reminded new fishermen of the closure of beaches at at 10. Observed no suspicious persons, while verifying all common areas and points of interest.
0330 maintained security presence throughout community. no unordinary conditions were seen. no foot traffic at this time. Very few interactions with after hour visitors. Secured vehicle, finished reports and properly parked vehicle at racquet club. No other conditions to report.
8:18 PM Dievie Terry – 2112 Miramar Dr garage door left ajar
10:56 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Assumed watch. Began regular routine patrol throughout community. attention spent on beach access points, the racquet club, Bay beach, and all parks in the community. All conditions remained normal.
2000 Continued routine patrol. Stayed on post at each park for 15 mins to show security presence. All conditions remained normal. noticed frequent and more foot traffic at beach access points at West Jetty. Stayed on post for this reason to deter unauthorized activity.
2100 started giving friendly reminders of closure of all beaches and parks in community. Stayed at Bay Beach for disturbances in noise. all other conditions normal. made way for each beach access points and shown security presence for 10 mins
2200 Enforced the closure of beaches and parks. Was met at Bay Beach once again for large gathering. Politely reminded patrons of closure and were explaining the gathering for a”stingray” they were trying to wrap up and catch. They were patrons that previously complied with the closure so access was granted for them to wrap up but asked them to put away chairs and other accessories they may have in vehicles. immediately complied and continued throughout community enforcing the closure. all other conditions normal
