PATROL REPORT – June 19, 2026

June 19, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)

7:21 PM Dievie Terry – 1416 E BALBOA BLVD – GARAGE DOOR LEFT OPEN

7:11 PM Dievie Terry GREY HYNDAI SONATA 9NHE596 *PARKED IN THE RED NO TICKETS ARE ISSUED, USED FOR COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND SECURITY PRESENCE .

3:22 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 – Observed several young teenagers at the Bay Beach creating noise while on my routine patrol. I investigated the area and cleared dock. Group immediately complied with no problems of any kind. I resumed my regular patrol and found all conditions still normal.

0100 conducted randomized Patrol patterns to reduce predictability and increase coverage of the community. checked the parks, parking areas, racquet hall, and perimeter locations. no safety concerns observed in all areas were secure

0200 conducted an additional patrols of community streets, beach access points, and recreational areas. monitored for unauthorized activity and insured compliance with community regulations. no incidents or disturbances were reported.

0330 completed final patrol of the shift, ensuring beaches, parks, and common areas remain clear and secure. maintain vigilance for any suspicious persons or activity. all conditions remain safe and normal. end of shift completed final checks, documented Patrol activities, and transferred all relevant information via Silvertrac. no outstanding issues to report

12:10 AM Dievie Terry – 1900 began shift and conducted a thorough patrol of the community,beach,racquet hall, and other areas of interest. all conditions normal.maintained a visible security presence.

2000 – Continued patrol throughout community and checked common areas for any safety concerns. Large groups outside their homes I gave Citiguard contact information for any disturbances of any kind.

2100 Started giving reminders to fishermen and patrons on docks and the Jetty that 2200 is where the beaches and jetty is closed. patrolled after throughout the community to no safety concerns and all conditions were normal.

2200 started enforcing the beach and park closure. Most complied except a known patron that complained saying I been fishing here for 7 years. I calmly explained to him I’m merely enforcing a rule that was recently put into effect. Patron did eventually comply and demanded to see the policy but I respectfully declined and apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused him. After the situation I patrolled community as per usual. All other conditions safe and normal.

2300 Posted at West Jetty to deter any.more traffic on the beaches and park. At this time patrons regularly try to sneak on beach or outoftowners try to come after hours. All conditions safe.
