PATROL REPORT – June 21, 2026

June 21, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)

10:23 PM Dievie Terry – 1900 Assumed watch. conducted a fuel stop at Chevron to refuel patrol unit and completed a vehicle wash to maintain the units operational readiness and professional appearance. Upon completion, returned to post and resumed regular community patrol. No out of the ordinary conditions that needed enforcement. All conditions were normal.

2000 – Observed same elected official security detail present as noted during previous shift. Multiple vehicle were parked adjacent to the property. Made contact with members of the security team, who advised they were unable to disclose the homeowners identity due to a non disclosure agreement (NDA). Security personnel further stated that no party or special event was taking place at the residence. Continued patrol of the surrounding area with no suspicious activity observed.

10:25 PM Dievie Terry – took pictures of suspicious personnel coming from the Jetty there are additional personnel coming from jetty

10:26 PM Dievie Terry – load of men with no fishing gear coming from the Jetty. Counted about 7 patrons so far.

10:35 PM Dievie Terry – 2100 continued patrol with no unordinary circumstances to report. continued regular patrol of community and all areas of interest .Started issuing warnings of closure of beaches and parks .

2200 Started enforcing closure of all beaches and parks. Kindly removed foot traffic at West Jetty. Came across large group of people getting off Jetty . Pictures are included. Kindly explained closure of parks and beaches. They all complied then later made noises in the streets and removed them off Ocean Blvd.

2:08 AM Dievie Terry – 0000 while conducting routine patrol, observed a white Range Rover parked in the vicinity of 2021 East Bay Avenue the vehicle had reportedly been stationary for several hours vehicle license plate observed as 34520 maintained observation of the vehicle and occupant due to the extended duration of presence. Based on observations and the location, it appeared the individual may have been acting as a security or bodyguard for a known elected official residing in or visiting the area. no suspicious or criminal activity was observed. continued Patrol and monitored the area periodically throughout the shift

0100 continue to routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout the Peninsula point community, including checks of beaches, parks, Bayfront areas, and residential streets. rechecked the area around 2021 East Bay Avenue and observe the White Range Rover remained present with no suspicious activity noted. the vehicle and occupant continue to appear associated with security duties for unknown elected official. maintain the visible security presence throughout the community, monitored areas of concern, and found all conditions to be safe

3:22 AM Dievie Terry – 0200 conducted continued vehicle and foot patrols throughout the peninsula Pointe community, paying special attention to beaches Parks residential streets, and other areas of concern. maintain divisible security presence and monitored for suspicious persons, vehicles, and closure violations recheck the areas surrounding 2021 East Bay Avenue the White Range Rover previously observed remained in the area with no suspicious activity noted. the vehicles presence continue to appear consistent with private security. all Community amenities and common areas were found secure. no cost for service disturbances or unusual activity occurred during this hour. conditions remain safe and normal.

0330 End of shift. finished thorough patrol of community and beach. Had to inform a small group that the beaches are secure at 2200. Continued the rest of patrol with eyes on bodyguard parked in car still. Secured vehicle and belongings.
