February 17, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and L Park and back across to M Street. Then I patrolled down M Street to Ocean Blvd and across to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access and points. Then I patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to M Street. Then I patrolled down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well. Windy out and starting to rain….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. All clear. RAIN. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to Miramar drive to I street and I alley and over to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then up to the fishing pier for closure. The pier is clear….
10:00-11:00…..

I then patrolled across over to channel Rd and Jetty Park. *** I few people in there cars reluctant to leave. I will continue to monitor. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down to jetty Park for closure. Big rain and wind. All clear…..
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park.*** I had a few people in there cars reluctant to leave. I will continue to monitor. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. All clear for now. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd. The group in there cars left. I then patrolled across up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North. *** I had a awning that blew down and a construction fence . Pictures were taken forwarded to KMA supervisor David Sierras. I then patrolled across to channel Rd and Jetty Park. All clear. Then back up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well…

I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd. I then patrolled across Ocean Alley North to I street and back across Ocean Blvd to G street. *** A Lot of debree in Ocean Alley North. I then patrolled back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now. Code 4 patrolled…
