February 16, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and I over to L street and L Park and back across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park and back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now……
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and back across to M Street. I then patrolled down M Street to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park and back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier for closure** . All clear on the pier…..
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled back down to jetty Park for closure. *** All clear at the park and on the beach…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to M Street Access point. All clear. Then L street access point. All clear. Then I street access point. All clear. I then patrolled across to G street access and F street access points. All clear for now. Then I patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across Ocean Alley North to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park.** I had a person in his car. Said he lived. I told him the area was closed for the evening. He reluctant. I will continue to monitor. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. Rain and lightning going on. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and Jetty Park and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and Miramar drive. Then back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..

I pulled back to A,B,C,D,E,F,G street. Major flooding on the crossroads of Balboa Blvd. I then patrolled across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across Ocean Alley North to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley. I then patrolled across to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled …
