January 28, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then I patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and L Park and across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. Then back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and L Park and across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. Then I patrolled back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E Bay Ave and back across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled down channel Rd to jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Alley North to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier for closure.*** A few people on the pier. All cooperative about leaving.** 1 kayaker on his way out to fish….
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. All clear. Then I patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier. The pier is clear. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and back across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park for closure. **** All is well for now. A group of fisherman on the outer Jetty….
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd. Then I patrolled across Ocean front alley to M Street Access. All clear. Then to L street Access. All clear. Then I street access. All clear. Then across to G street access and F street access points. All clear for now. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and Jetty Park. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley and over to L street and L Park and across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled up channel Rd to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down M Street to Ocean Blvd and across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. All clear for now. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. All clear….
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. *** I had 1 girl in her car . She said she was going fishing with her friends that are already on the outer Jetty. Then she continued to wait in the car. I told her she had to fish or leave. She chose to leave and come pick up her friends when they were done fishing. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…
2:00-3:00….

All clear then I patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. All clear. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across Ocean Alley North to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley and over to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
