7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle movement and residents walking their pets.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed….. removing people from The lifeguard towers and the beach.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, I removed visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:30am – I remove a small group from the G Street lifeguard Tower and from the beach.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring approaching vehicles from parking near the jetty park and from them entering any other of the beach entrances.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:17am – I removed a man that was sleeping in a Volkswagen GTI on M Street.
***2:38am – I removed a man that was sitting in a black Toyota tundra across from the kids beach, he had been parked there for a couple of hours and he appeared to be suspicious to me.
3am – Off Duty.
