December 20, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. Several bicycle riders are riding throughout the community.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. Some homeowners are having Christmas parties.
***9:32 pm – I noticed a white van was blocking Oceanfront at 2030 E. Oceanfront, as I was taking pictures for my report they seem to have gotten upset because I was taking pictures and they were asking me why I was doing that, and I informed them that I do this because I like to document what I see and put that in my report, they felt that I was being too extreme with performing my job.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed….. removing people from The lifeguard towers and the beach.
***I removed a female that was sleeping in her vehicle parked against the red curb near the West Jetty view Park.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, I removed visitors from the park.
***11:37 pm – a male and female were walking their dogs and going towards the West Jetty view park, I informed them that the park is now closed and he told me that he is a homeowner and he is going to walk his dogs, he disregarded the park rules and continued to have his dogs relieve themselves on the park grass, he picked up the dog feces and they both left the area.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring approaching vehicles from parking near the jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
