November 10, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to Miramar drive to channel Rd. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back up to Seville and Granada avanues and down M street to ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park.** Busy out. All cooperative so far…
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean front alley to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel Rd and jetty park. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier for closure . *** A few people on the pier. All cooperative about leaving….
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I had a few people on the fishing pier. Al cooperative about leaving. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. I then patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled down M street to ocean Blvd and across to jetty park for closure. *** I had several people out on the beach and both lifeguard towers . They were all cooperative about leaving so far…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front and to M street access. All clear. L Street Access. All clear . I street access. ** I had a few people on the beach at I street. All cooperative about leaving. Then across to G street and F street Access points. All clear for now. I then patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. A few people in there cars all cooperative about leaving. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and. Then back across to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. At about 12:50 am I came upon what appeared to be a very intoxicated man walking east on Balboa Blvd. At about L Street. I asked if he was ok,and if he knew where he was going. He clearly didn’t. I tailed him slowly and called Newport Beach police department. They arrived shortly as the man sat down on the wall at bay Beach. Newport Beach police assessed the situation and called him an Uber. All is well for now …
1:00-2:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd again to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. All clear. Then back across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..

I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…..
