October 22, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. I then patrolled over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street an. d back down to ocean Blvd and across to channel Rd and jetty park. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd. ** I had a resident pull up and tell me there was a suspicious man walking around M park. He’s wearing a black hoodie. I’ll keep my eyes open for him. I then patrolled across to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back up to Seville and Granada avanues and around M street and M park. All is well for now..
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back over to M street and Seville and Granada avanues. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier for closure. *** 1 person on the pier all cooperative about leaving….
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and back down M street to ocean Blvd and jetty park for closure. ** 2 people in the park. All cooperative about leaving. All is well for now…
11:00-12:00..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. *** I had a man in his car. He was slightly reluctant to leave. He then left after several requests. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley. Then over to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel Rd and back across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to channel Rd. Then over to M street and and M park and down to jetty park and across to G street access and F street Access points. All is quiet at this time…..
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean front alley to channel Rd and jetty park. All clear. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier.*** I had a man on the pier. He left without incident. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All quiet for now…..
2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. *** I then had a man seemingly confused of his whereabouts. He was saying he was lost. Then as he walked up the street. I followed him .He proceeded to get into a grey BMW. I advised him to leave immediately. He did. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood . I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
