October 21, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. I then patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to ocean Blvd and jetty park. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across Balboa Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and up to Seville again. Then back down M street to Miramar drive and over to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive.*** I had a complaint about a fast moving white truck from a dog walker at L Park. I was unable to locate the driver so far. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier for closure.*** A couple people on the pier. All cooperative…
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. ** A group of teenagers were trying to go to the fishing pier. Then left upon request. I then patrolled across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park. *** A couple people on the P lifeguard tower*** also the bicycle rack is down at jetty park. I don’t know if it fell or someone knocked it down. All people were cooperative about leaving the beach. All is well for now…
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier.*** A couple people trying to fish. They left without incident. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park. I then patrolled across to M street. I had a person in a white truck speed away from M street and Miramar. He left the area toward the village. I then patrolled down to jetty park. I had a few people trying to go to the beach. They left upon request. I then had a couple more vehicles arrive. They left upon request as well. All is well for now…
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points.*** I had a few people in there cars on L Street Access point. They left upon request. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd back to jetty park. ** A fisherman going to the outer jetty. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
2:00-3:00….

He left upon request. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. *** I had a couple in there car on G street and E bay Ave. They left upon request. All is well code 4 patrolled….
