7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
***I removed a male fishing on the beach

11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***I removed a male and a female from the Bay Beach lifeguard tower.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***I removed people fishing from the pier.
***1:26am – A Newport Beach Police vehicle drove onto G Street from Balboa Blvd with their lights off, they looked around and continued driving east on Ocean Blvd., the nature of their presence was unknown.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:17am – I noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in front of 2129 E. Ocean Blvd with an unknown amount of occupants, as I made my presence they drove away.
3am – Off Duty.
