August 13, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. ** Busy at the park, All behaving so far. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. ** Busy at the Access points. Then back up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and down L Street to Miramar drive and across to channel Rd and down to jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and up to Balboa Blvd and across to the clubhouse…
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and over to channel Rd and down to jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access again and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier for closure. *** A few people all cooperative about leaving…..
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse.. pier is clear. Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park. Then I patrolled all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled down to jetty park for closure. *** A few people on the benches. All cooperative about leaving. A few more people on the wedge lifeguard tower and The P lifeguard tower. All cooperative about leaving…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access point*** I had a couple on the lifeguard tower. All cooperative about leaving . Then across the G street access. *** Another couple on the lifeguard tower all cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. *** 1 man on the pier. All cooperative about leaving. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel.*** I had a few people in there cars. All cooperative about leaving. Then I patrolled across ocean front alley to I street Access.All clear. Then to G street access and F street Access points. *** A couple people on the beach and the lifeguard tower. All cooperative about leaving. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse…
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd. A few people in there cars** they left when they saw me. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood..** then up to the fishing pier. *** I a group on the pier. They left without incident. All is well for now….
2:00-3:00…
I pulled back to A street.B,C,D,E,F,G. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park. All clear. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and the fishing pier. All clear. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and across ocean alley north to channel Rd and back across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. 2:50 am. As I patrolled across Balboa Blvd I spotted a man sleeping on the grass at Balboa Blvd and K street. I was able to escort him out to the village. All is well code 4 patrolled….
