7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
** families are on the beach for the grunion run. Grunion run ends at 12:55 a.m.
*** Removed 2 men from fishing on the beach.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:45am – A male walked onto the beach after I told him the beach is closed, after showing him the signs posted he decided to leave.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:15am – I noticed a small boat docked at the public pier and there wasn’t anyone onboard…..at 3am the boat was gone.
***2:50am – I removed a male and female from the beach near I Street.
3am – Off Duty.
