July 15, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down channel Rd to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and I Street and L Street and L Park and M street and up to Seville and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to L Street Access point and M street access and back across to channel and jetty park. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and over to I street and across to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to G street and across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and circled the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled over to the fishing pier for closure. *** A few people on the pier. All cooperative about leaving….
10:00-11:00…
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled down channel Rd to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park for closure. **** A few people on the benches all cooperative about leaving…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access. All clear. Then I street access. All clear. Then G street access. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. **** I had a man sleeping on the beach. Homeless. He’s walking toward the village now. I will continue to monitor. Then back up the fishing pier*** I had a few people fishing. They left without incident. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd again to G street and up to Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier. ** I had a few people on the pier. All cooperative about leaving. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd. All is well for now…..
1:00-200…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access point. *** I had a group of teenagers on the lifeguard tower. They left without incident. Then across to I street access.*** I had a few people in there car. They left upon request without incident. Then I patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and down to jetty park. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
2:00-3:00…..
I then patrolled across to A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park. All clear. Then across ocean front alley to M street Access. All clear.L street Access. All clear. I street access. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and across ocean alley north to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
