July 16, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back over to the fishing pier. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and I then circled the entire east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled down channel Rd to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back down M street and all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street again and back to Channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the clubhouse. Then back down to L Street and L Park and over to I street and back up to Balboa Blvd and across to channel Rd. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street and up to Balboa Blvd and across to the fishing pier for closure. *** A few people on the pier. All cooperative about leaving….
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse.*** I had a person on the fishing pier. All cooperative about leaving. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled down to jetty park for closure. **** I have people on the outer jetty fishing. All cooperative. *** I have a group of people surf fishing near the 2nd tower. There being reluctant to move. I will continue to monitor the situation…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access point. All clear. Then I street access point. All clear. Then across to G street access point. **** 1 car parked with a few people in it. All cooperative about leaving. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. All clear. I then patrolled across to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park. Our surf fishing group have left without incident. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel Rd. Then down to jetty park. All is well for now….
1:00-2:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean front alley to channel Rd and jetty park. *** A couple leaving the beach. All clear. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and across Balboa Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
2:00-3:00…..

All clear. Then I patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
