June 7, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. I moved vehicles parked against the red curb near the jetty park.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
***11:37pm – I removed 9 male Hispanics from the Wedge lifeguard tower and from the beach.
***11:49pm – I removed a male and female from the P lifeguard Tower that were arguing, they departed without any further incident.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:17am – I removed two small groups from the beach between L and M Street and I had them put their wood fire.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:20am – I woke up and moved an Asian male sleeping in his car parked in front of 1501 E. Ocean Blvd.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP..
3am – Off Duty.
