June 2, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing station and the clubhouse. Then across to channel Rd and down to jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel and jetty park. I then patrolled up M street to Balboa Blvd and across to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel. All is well for now….
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to Miramar drive and I street to L Street and L Park and across Miramar drive to M street. Then back up to Seville and Granada and back down to ocean Blvd and across to jetty park. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is normal for now….
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. I then patrolled across E bay Ave to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street again. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and L Street and L Park and across Miramar drive to channel. Then up to you fishing pier for closure. All fisherman on the way out as I approached. All clear for now…..
10:00-11:00……
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park and across Miramar drive to channel. Then back down to jetty park for closure. *** A few people in the park and on the beach. All cooperative about leaving. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel. Then back across ocean alley north. *** 11:50 pm At 2100 Miramar drive the Newport Beach police were investigating the house on the northeast corner. They were looking through the outer perimeter. I continued across ocean alley north to G street and back up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse…
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing station and the clubhouse…..
1:00-1:45….
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back to jetty park.**** I had a few fisherman out. They cooperated and went to the outer jetty. All is well for now…..

2:00-3:00…..

I had a few fisherman leaving the outer jetty area. Then back across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…
