May 31, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. ***I moved vehicles parked against the red curb near the jetty park.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed several people from the beach at the wedge, L Street and G Street lifeguard towers
*** As I removed a male and female from the beach near F Street the two started walking back on to the beach as I turned and walked away, I walked back towards them to make sure they exited the beach and they started to verbally insult me, when they got into their truck to leave and as I was walking back onto the beach they drove their truck towards me at the end of f Street, as I was attempting to get the license plate they backed up onto Balboa Blvd and partially blocked the street and they continued to verbally insult me, I obtained the vehicle information that I needed and I walked away.

11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
***11:07pm – I removed Several people from the beach near the wedge lifeguard tower, it took them several minutes to pick up everything and put out the fire pit.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
*** I removed family that had a tent on the kids beach and I removed 4 people from fishing on the pier.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:27am – I remove the male and female from the beach near I Street.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP..
3am – Off Duty.
