May 27, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down to jetty park and across to G street access and F street Access points. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back over to M street and back across ocean Blvd to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and up to.balboa Blvd. Then a complete perimeter patrol of the neighborhood. All normal activities for now…..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled down to jetty park. A few people enjoying the area no problems. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then over to M street and back around Seville and Granada avanues. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All normal for now…..
9:00-10:00…..
I pulled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to L Street and L Park and I street and back across Miramar drive to channel and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier for closure.*** A group of fisherman all cooperative about leaving……
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park for closure. *** 11:05.pm a group of teenagers on the benches all cooperative about leaving.11:10 pm a couple on the beach. All cooperative about leaving. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. **** 11:40. I had a group of people in the park. They left without incident. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier***11:45 same group at the pier. They left without incident off the point. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back across ocean alley north to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All quiet for now…..
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear*** 1:05 am. I then patrolled down channel and saw 2 teenagers on foot. I told them the park was closed. He stated I was violating his 5th amendment rights. He eventually left the park area with no problems. I will continue to monitor the park. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now……
1:00- 1:45…..
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood and across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. All clear. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse….
1:45 …. Break…..2:00. Back…….

I then patrolled across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. I then patrolled down to jetty park and back across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now code 4 patrolled….
