7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.*** 2 large construction vehicles are parked near L Street Park.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed, warning visitors that the beach and pier are now closed.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
***11:35pm – I removed several people from the G Street lifeguard tower and off the beach.
***11:50pm – I Removed several college students from UCI making a video on the beach near I Street.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:10am – I removed several people from the beach and the park near the wedge.
***12:16am – I Removed a white male adult sleeping in a white van across from the jetty park.
***12:24am – I Removed a small group fishing on the pier.
***12:43am – I Removed a small group of young males from the G Street lifeguard tower and off the beach.
***12:56am – I discovered a silver VW van with the driver’s window down/open parked in front of 1526 E. Ocean Blvd. I also discovered a single key laying on the sidewalk next to a blue BMW that is parked in front of the silver VW van.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:09am – I removed a male and a female engaged in sexual intercourse on the G Street lifeguard tower and they jumped off the lifeguard tower and ran through E. Oceanfront towards I Street, their vehicle they left behind on G Street was a silver Honda Prologue CA license plate 9SJU636, I later found their vehicle parked in front of 1522 E. Ocean Blvd.
***2:28am – I discovered a dead pelican in the rocks near the jetty park.
***2:47am – I noticed a suspicious dark blue sedan parked in front of 1913 E. Bay Ave, as I was approaching the vehicle he drove away on L Street and made a right on E. Balboa Blvd, I checked the area for any indication of a burglary but I didn’t see any signs of a crime.
3am – Off Duty.
