7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets, alleys and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.*** 2 large construction vehicles are parked near L Street Park.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed, warning visitors that the beach and pier are now closed. ***Garage door open at 1519 E. Bay Ave

11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.***Removing several people from the jetty park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction. I am picking up trash on Ocean Blvd left by visitors.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach. ***1:18 am – I removed 2 men fishing on the beach on the wedge.
***1:33 am – I removed 2 men from the pier.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:54 am – I observed a black sedan speeding on Balboa Blvd, possible speed of 60 mph, the vehicle parked on Ocean & Chanel and 3 females and 2 males were walking towards the jetty park and I told them that the park and beach are closed, one of the men started shouting profanity towards me and the group returned to the vehicle and drove away at a high rate of speed away from BPP.
