August 20, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00..
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G.. then up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and down channel to jetty park. Then across ocean front alley to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and back to the clubhouse..All normal.BUSY…
8:00-9:00..
I patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley. Then across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back to G street and F street Access streets. All is good for now…
9:00-10:00…
I pulled across to G street accent again. All clear. Then F street Access all clear. I will continue to patrol this areas throughout the night. Then up to E bay alley and across to M street and down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to M again. Then up to the fishing pier for closure. A few people in the private section. I assume they will leave soon? Then out on the pier.A few people all cooperative…
10:00-11:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd and across to the fishing pier. Then a complete patrol of the West side alleys. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley and all alleys on the west side. Then across to channel and down to jetty park for closure.Grunyon are running full moon hi tide. All cooperative for now…
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street. Emergency vehicles police and paramedics . I haven’t received a report yet. I was told by Newport police eventually there was a possible homeless man trying to walk in a house on G Street. No further details. Then I patrolled over to F street Access. All is well. Then across Miramar drive to L Street and L park. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park. Fisherman leaving and out on the far jetty. All is well for now.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park again. A few people all cooperative. Then across ocean alley north to G street. Then up to Miramar drive and across Miramar drive to channel. Then up to Seville and Granada avenues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now..
1:00-1:30…
A complete perimeter interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All garages are closed for now….

2:00-3:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and patrolled across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. A few people in there cars. They left without incident. Then across ocean alley north to G street and up to E bay alley and across to Balboa Blvd. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley. Then A street and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled..
