7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no problems to report.
10pm – Removing several people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed.
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
**12:35am – I observed a male and female in the Jetty Park sitting on the bench, I told them the park is closed at 11pm and to please exit the park. They were stubborn about leaving and were refusing to leave, after 10 minutes they decided to leave.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
3am – No problems to report…. Off Duty.
