July 31, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well…
8:00-9:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. A few garages open. All closed for now. Then over to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well. Then back to F street. And back across Miramar drive and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse…
9:00-10:00…
I then went across to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. A few boats loading up. All is well. Then across to Miramar drive and back to Channel and jetty park. Then across Ocean front alley to G street. All clear. I then patrolled across Miramar again and all alleys on the east side. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative…
10:00-11:00…
I patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley and I alley and I street. Then up to the fishing pier. A couple people launching. All ok. I then patrolled across to A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and across to jetty park for closure. A few fisherman and a few other people on the beach. All quiet for now…
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. All quiet. Then across to Channel and jetty park. A couple people all cooperative. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley. Then all alleys on the east side. All is well..
12:00-1:00..
I pulled back to F street beach access. All quiet. Then over to G street access. All quiet. Then across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park and back across Ocean alley north to G street. Then across Miramar drive to Channel and up to the clubhouse. All is well for now..
1:00-1:30…
A complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. Then over to the fishing pier. A couple people all cooperative…there is a garage in Ocean alley north. I’ve closed it once its open again. Apparently they want it open. I will continue to monitor. I had a homeless man looking for a homeless shelter on Ocean blvd. I assured him there weren’t any on the point and turned him back toward the village..

Then across Ocean alley north to G street and up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley. Then over to I street and I alley and across to L street and L park and all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood ×2..All is well code 4..patrolled….
