7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.

**8:48 pm – I received a telephone call from a resident at 505 L Street about an unknown vehicle parked in his parking space. Upon my arrival I discovered a white BMW X3 California license plate 9NHU882 parked in a private parking space in front of 503 L Street, a note was placed on the windshield by the resident.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no problems to report.
**9:54 pm – the garage door was open at 1520 E. Ocean Blvd.
10pm – Removing several people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed.
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
3am – No problems to report…. Off Duty.
